Charm has been my favorite stylist and I even travel from the east side to the west side for years for my appointments. She understands my hair and what styles are most becoming. I highly recommend her services as a hair stylist.

Every time I have an important Audition or Acting Role..I rush to the telephone to call Charm first. I have gotten more complements than I can count from the hair stylists on film sets and photo shoots. Because first impressions are so important to any career I have come to depend on Charm to give me good advice and keep my hair healthy and looking great on an actresses tight budget.

This is not a praise review. I came in unsure of what I wanted. I wanted to work with a stylist and I explained I was open to anything. I told her the kinds of styles I liked asked questions and tried to get her professional opinion. She had nothing for me no imagination no ideas. She wasn't creative enough to work w me so I told her what to do and let it go. Her lack of opinion was tolerable it was her patronizing attitude from the start that was not. She tried to charge me full price at check out with my hair still wet. She is lazy and did not finish the job. So i went back and asked her to finish it. I felt bad so i tried to be Nice about it. She was clearly offended and that's when she began to furiously go at my hair with tons of wax and heat. Calling me immature and patronizing me. It was a mess and I washed it all out. I don't knowif she was not trying or if she lacked the skill to style it the way i had asked but I will definitely never be making it back. She is a very unpleasant person.
