One word L-O-V-E. This woman is by far and away the most badass hair dresser in New York City. She gives incredibly excellent hair cuts. The first time I came in I kind of let her do whatever she wanted being sick of my old haircut. It's just hair after all. She talked about some ideas with me and we agreed on a real short cut in the back then getting longer and cut higher around the ears and longer in the front. If you think that sounds a little hard to picture you're not alone. And so I put myself in Love's hands. Not only was this the best haircut I ever got but Love is an amazing kind down to earth hilarious and bright woman who is fantastic to converse with. She's one of those people who have a very natural ability to put you in a good mood and thus the interaction always rules. She charged me just $21 for a haircut I booked ahead of time and was supposed to cost way more it took a long time too! just because she is an authentically kind person and exceedingly talented to boot. I mean who does that?! Listen. Book an appointment get a great cut and give her a serious tip because she is totally going to take care of you. Everyone else at the salon seems pretty nice as well but I can't vouch from personal experience about their cuts. Everyone who has ever washed my hair or been at the front desk has been rad. They understood my need to take two of those strawberry hard candies too and agreed they are an outstanding. I am now in love with this place I feel just feel comfortable here. I think that's really important. Go get some Love. You'll be happy you did.
