Turbo has been doing my highlights & general hair care for close to 3 years. He got the color right from the beginning. On our first appointment I explained to him that I'd tried different colorists & always came away dissatisfied. I explained that subtlety is important to me & I don't lik_e "stripes." I've never had that stripped look since he's been doing my color.

I live over in Astoria for 6 years and work in Manhattan. I have been bouncing from one hair salon to another in and out of the city. I have a short men's haircut. Most stylist just shop away and rush to get you out of the chair. I was recently working with a new coworker with awesome hair. I asked wher_e he was getting it cut and thats how I discovered Dramatics and Turbo! Turbo is very patient and takes his time to make sure my hair is cut even. Its a short choppy style that he gets right ever time. I decided to add highlights. He used foil even on short hair vs. the cap. This technique is more precise. I can't believe it took me 6 years to find Turbo!!!

Turbo is an excellent stylist. I was always pleased with highlights he made which were accurate and gave a perfect combination of colours. Recently he managed to make a haircut by deion only. Not only that he understood what I meant but improved it and made it even better.

Turbo is the finest hairstylist I have ever had in my life. He is a skilled perfectionist and will give you the haircut of your dreams. Turbo was recommended to me by my brother's girlfriend and since her hair always looks beautiful I decided to let her make me an appointment. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Turbo has a keen eye for style and he kniows what looks good for every facial type. He is flexiblie too so in addition to making experienced recommendations he will give you whatever cut you want. After the care and attention to detail of just one haircut I felt comfortable asking Turbo if he would be willing to meet my daughter and cut her hair. I explained that my ten year old daughter has autism and had never had a professional haircut in a salon in her life even though she had been practicing for it at her special school for a few years. He was kind compassionate and receptive. He immediately agreed to cut Anna's hair even though he know that it would be time consuming and might even be difficult. He didn't hesitate for a second. He told me that he loves children which was evident - at once - from the way he spoke about his infant son and his teenage daughter. He has cut my daughter's hair three times and each time has been perfect for her. She wasn't upset or afraid at all. She is completely comfortable with Turbo and knows that he is a patient and kind man. She has a keen insight into people and knows when someone is genuine and treats her with respect - just as Turbo does. I couldn't ask for a better stylist for my daughter or for myself. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone. I know you won't be disappointed!

I've been going to Turbo for several years because he is the first stylist I've been to who gets my color right. I even get compliments on his work from other stylists. Recently I went to a salon in Atlantic City NJ. Midway through blow drying my hair the stylist asked me if I have color in my hair. She was amazed at how natural the highlights are. She even called over other stylists to see them. Given that my ive has always been for my hair to look naturalno stripes!I'd say that Turbo has succeeded. Turbo colored and cut/styled my hair and I just love it! I highly recommend Turbo for highlights and color. He manages to get the color right each time. I've been a blond most of my life and never seemed to find a colorist to get my color and highlights to resemble the models and actresses in magazine and on tv. In the past my hair was always too brassy blond or even reddish or the highlights were chunky. Turbo makes my hair look like the blonds in magazines the perfect blend or low and highlights no brass just natural looking perfect. He works quickly and is very professional.
