I went to Zap for the first time today. I went from mousey brown hair that felt lifeless to blonde with highlights! I feel like a new woman! Zap was super careful about talking to me through each step of the process. He is amazing! I will be back.

It's taken me a long time to find a stylist in New York who knows how to get it right! Zap is great about asking you what you are looking for and then making it happen. He has lots of creative ideas too. I have had 3 different styles from him and he also colored my hair. I get complements all the time. So ask for ZAP!

Zap is more than a stylist! He's become a true friend ) I haven't allowed anyone to touch my hair accept for him for yearssss now. He does whatever I want and yet knows how to intervene when he forsees a disaster coming! haha I love him!

Zap did a beautiful job with my hair color today. It's PERFECTION. I came in for a root touch up and he matched the color flawlessly. He kept checking up on my hair as it was processing too. Zap is excellent. I will be back and I will tell friends!
